The County of Hawaii utilizes an Emergency Notification System called Blackboard Connect. This system will allow you to receive timely notifications about emergency situations in the County of Hawaii. This system is voluntary, although we strongly encourage everyone to sign up so that you can be notified in case of an emergency.
